DMS - Dispute Management System
   
Dispute Management System (DMS) is an end-to-end web-based workflow system developed to streamline communication process between Airlines & Sales Agents. The application provides a centralized and transparent platform to Airline Head Office & its stations to resolve disputes, to manage waiver & to authorize ADMs thus offering full control on ADMs & Waivers in a complete paper-less environment.
This web-based system is a 24*7, user-friendly interface between the Airlines Head Office & Agents through their respective Area Offices for all communication pertaining to ADMs and Waivers.
DMS is based on modular architecture having following three modules to cater to the Airlines business requirements-
  • ADM Identification Module - Authorization/ Rejection decision on identified ADMs and their status tracking
  • Dispute Module - Raising/ Settling disputes on ADMs
  • Waiver Module - Raising waiver request before or after an ADM is raised
